Returns for Products

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized team jerseys or personalized items

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method.

Repair Service Policy

Repair services are provided based on the condition of the equipment received.

Because repair work involves manual restoration and materials, repair service orders are generally non-refundable once the repair process has started.

If a repair order is canceled before the repair process begins, a refund may be issued depending on the stage of the order.

Return Shipping

In most cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a reliable courier service and proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
